Our accommodation comprises 1 family room (1 double bed plus 1 single bed),
3 double rooms, 2 twin rooms and 1 single room.
All rooms are en-suite with new flat screen televisions/dvd players

Deposits and Cancellations
A deposit of approx 25% of the agreed tariff (minimum £50) is required to confirm a booking. Deposits are not normally refundable, but for cancellations made more than
4 weeks prior to the commencement of the bookng, may be put towards a future booking at the discretion of the proprietor. In the event of a cancellation within one week of the commencement of the booking, the client is liable to a charge of 50% of the agreed tariff. If the accommodation can be re-let no charge will be made. For single night, bed & breakfast only bookings, full payment is required at the time of booking.
