Deposits and Cancellations
A deposit of approx 25% of the agreed tariff (minimum £50) is required to secure a booking. Deposits are not normally refundable, but for cancellations made more than
4 weeks prior to the commencement of the bookng, may be put towards a future booking at the discretion of the proprietor. In the event of a cancellation within one week of the commencement of the booking, the client is liable to a charge of 50% of the agreed tariff. For 1 or 2 night, bed & breakfast only bookings, full payment is required at the time of booking and is not refundable.
