The Cherrybrook is over 200 years old and was originally built as a farmhouse. The main central part of The Cherrybrook contains four of the seven bedrooms and the guest dining room.
The other 3 bedrooms are situated in the west wing which at one time may have been a cattle shed. The ground floor on this side of The Cherrybrook also houses our cosy snug bar, where you can relax with a drink before your meal whilst browsing our comprehensive 4-course table d'hôte menu.
Since summer 2009, we have embarked upon a programme of refurbishment and redecoration. 3 of our bedrooms now boast brand new en-suites with modern power showers and heated towel rails whilst the bedrooms retain their original charm. The porch, main hall and landing have all been redecorated, as has the dining room.
Our water is supplied from a natural spring and, once filtered, is available throughout the house for drinking and bathing. It has no additives and is as pure as nature intended.
Free WiFi Internet access is available throughout The Cherrybrook.
The Cherrybrook welcomes walkers and cyclists and facilities are available for drying clothes and storing cycles. Packed lunches are available on request.
